OTTAWA, Ontario, October 20, 2026 — Peter R. Maharaj, President of the Canadian Indo-Caribbean Organization of Ottawa, today announced his endorsement of Rawlson King for re-election as Councillor for Rideau-Rockcliffe (Ward 13).
"Rawlson King has been a steady, accessible voice for Rideau-Rockcliffe and for communities that too often go unheard at City Hall. He listens, he follows through, and he understands that a strong city is built by making sure everyone has a seat at the table. I'm proud to support him on October 26."
